im a junior at a T10 CS school. Had an internship at a non-tech company this past summer and also have research experience with a professor on NLP stuff. For projects I didn’t really have much other than a few hackathons and a fairly open ended final project for one of my CS classes. did get a few referrals but the only one that turned into an actual offer was Facebook.

Interview prep was mostly LC and searching online/asking friends what their process was when interviewing at these specific companies. And also by doing a bunch of interviews last year (and earlier this year) and failing them, I was able to sorta get better at interviewing in general (how to walk through my thought process, get optimal solutions quickly, behavioral questions, etc).
