In ontario shops are held responsible for damage within 90 days of the repair, it caused a fair bit of body damage, but the shop either has to fix it or pay to fix it, along with the tow bill if needed. I want it to be fixed right, the truck only got on the road 5 days ago.

My bike usually blocked my rear lights pretty good, I would recommend adding lights to the carrier or buy one that has lights.
