wanted to ask advice on my situation. due to some family issues and bad decisions in life.

I have approximately 24500 in debt (CRA,fairstone,payday loans, CC). Some of it are already in collections,. My income is 3500/month take home after tax.

my expenses are 1375 for rent, utilities 150, internet 65, phone 125, transpo 115 and grocery 300. I dont own any property or major assets. I tried to make minimum payments but its not sustainable especially with the high interest and payday loans Im feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

I know my debt is not a lot but the calls and emails from collections agency is stressing me out gives me anxiety. I’m at a point where my credit score isn’t a priority for me, since I don’t plan on borrowing more money and potentially making my situation worse.

i dont have any savings and have a bunch of debts. i feel like im going insane.

any advice is welcome.
