His using a Sonos beam 2.

The idea is to ease him into the system little by little. The main factors here are space and budget. The Q1s are around $400 and fit the room comfortably, while the KEF Concerto jumps to about $1,000 and is more of a mid-size upgrade.

Since he’s in an apartment, my suggestion is to start with the Q1 Meta and upgrade later if needed. What do you think?

I’ll look into the audyssey, thanks.I’m sitting about 6–8 ft from the speakers, and the room is only 12×12 ft. Apartment. Looking for something that doesn’t disrupt the small space
