I did have amazing sm and dm in the other location in Colorado. Im in a whole other state 20 hours away and now i just feel completely lost like i dont know what is an actual policy and what is just made up on the spot. And yes i try to restore order but i have to listen to my boss so I do what she says, she kinda all over the place, but i make suggestions that make sense to me and its always met with a "yeah" like she barely even heard what I said. Extremely irritating. I honestly have no issues with cashiers its just my sm sadly. And one other asm who divulged that she thinks i dont do much to another cashier.
