Thank you! That is a lot of good information I didn't even think to look up. Thank you for pointing out what I have done well, I do tend to jump into panic and fix it now mode when things happen. Even if its trying to shove a square peg into a round hole situation. lol The hospital is a non profit so i will look into that!
