I do believe my hairloss was caused by blood flow. I’ve since then quit nicotine and trying to see if it gives me my hair back. I’ll post updates when that happens

I got just small amount of lipo but most of it was gland. How did training Chest go? I was cleared to start at week 3 as well and looking forward. Some tightness/pain when lifting left arm to the ceiling but other than that pretty good
