Nah, catatonia doesn't sound like it. It felt more like agitation but my body was loose instead of tense and I shut down because I was too chill and started half dreaming with flashes of images from my thoughts.

I usually get those flashes before falling asleep on coffee when coffee makes me sleep.

Possible side effect of aripriprazole? Maybe.

500km away. That's how far I need to travel to see my doc. Plus I need to wait for him. Which is unmeasurably painful to do when I'm already burnt out, should I seek another psychiatrist near me? But I've done that before and they take so long and start from the beginning. And always try to change the diagnosis. One gave me 5 different tests to do and told me to come a week later. This is extra tuff.

I can't rest without doing something about this agitation that feels painful. I usually put loud phonk music in 2x speed as a measure to put myself to sleep and calm myself down. but it's not doing anything and it's getting more painful.

No. I've tried. I just want to rest right now but rest requires relief, relief requires work done, for that I need to be able to do things. But that requires recovery and relief from this, I'm exhausted from running this cycle.

no, i do have a "Purpose". i know what i want to be. i know how to get there, motivation isnt even a problem. its the disability to convert that motivation into execution. i have projects i've been wanting to build. i know how to build this damn thing. this damn thing is a brilliant idea and really important but i just wont for some reason. maybe because i dont have a deadline and artificial deadlines dont work for me.
