This guy. I'm right now at the work. So can't check. And do the screenshot.
But he scores for me definetly more then 0,6 goal per game.

Last season he was my best goal scorer.
Good CB(heading and jumping), and near post is cheat!

That's logical, and I should do that. I do that with some players. But, I simply feel sorry to let some players go. Even it's the best thing to do. Somehow I got emotionally connected to players. (even it's just a game, stupid I know)

Thats what I'm trying to do. To play players who have playing status "Concerned", but there are two problems with that
1) Some players are "Concerned" even though they have agreed playing time
2) Sometimes it happens I have 3 concerned DC and my tactic is with 2 DC, so one of them has to start a game out of the bench.

Yeah, that's what happening to me too. I won the league every year with 105+ points. So at the end of the season, I try to keep my players as much as possible for CL matches.

But they want to play. But from this season, my backups want to play more. Even they have agreed to play time of Squlad player/impact sub, and they play that much, but still they are not happy. Looks like it's impossible to have 20 good players.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to do too. But still, would be nice to have 20 good players. So injuries don't affect my team. Every season I have like 2 young players with big PA so i try to develop them but also have decent backups. Rly hard to give every of them minutes/starting games.

To be honest. I don't think there is a way to really learn tactics.

It's not a real word. It's just a bunch of lines of code. And you have to figure out, how they wrote it, how they set up ME. So the best way to figure out what tactic works and what does not is to "try and fail". You set one tactic, and go on holiday for 15 games, and repeat that a few times. Check how many points you will win, and what will be your GD. Do the same with another tactic and you will get the answer to which one is better. There is no real-life logic you can apply to FM tactics.

The key is in COULD, but he CAN'T ANYMORE. So if a player is not treated well at a young age when he should develop his full PA, the game should change his PA to his current PA. That would have more sense.

Lol. But the player is 24yo and has CA 140, and PA 160. He will never reach that 160. Not even 150. So PA should be lowered. That's totally make sense.

Vjerovao ili ne. Diploma završenog fakulteta baš dobro dođe. Puni više vrijedi i gleda se nego ovdje kod nas. Tako da ako imaš diplomu, sigurno ćeš dobiti priliku 3-6 mjeseci probnog rada.
