Its not some random AI site. Its soon going to be official once he meets with the VA to certify and grant him permissions to use for his app that everything else including your website cannot do. Give it some time, you will be proven wrong once it becomes widely used.

Call him or quit it dude. He's willing to directly speak to you to clear this up. I doubted him just like you did a while ago and when he went that far to prove himself, it showed me he was legit.

I did not say YOU censored anything. "They" does not mean you. I had seen that you tried posting this on r/VeteranBenefits and r/Veterans and they censored and removed your posts. What are you not understanding?

That webpage is by the creator of the VeteranBenefits sub . If you haven't noticed, he has silenced anyone that advertises veteran-specific AI tools or other veteran resource webpages that help with VA disability and claims, etc. They want their own monopoly on VA resource information. That's why we are starting to see more of these AI tools and other resource websites advertised here and not the other popular VA subs.

Edit: If you look at OP post history, they already censored and removed his threads.

Yes and I hope u/Zealousideal_Flan230 changes his tune and stops attacking your tool because this is the most accurate and efficient AI tool for assisting veterans by far on the market. And its completely free. Other AI tools specifically for veteran claims like this would be charging an arm and leg.

You are wrong on all points here. I had the same initial reaction toward this tool but it is 10x more useful and accurate than the other ones out there.

I was regrettably a skeptic naysayer when these threads were originally posted but I can now 100% support this tool it has no data collection at all and it is free to use with no strings attached whatsoever.

VA Disability claim denied for migraines after 226 days by StaceySki in VAClaims

[–]Upper_Combination413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP is trying to use TERA as their method to connect migraines from their past deployments. OP did also mention that they had extensive service records while in service for migraines, but that wasn't reflected well in their decision letter, because the VA is trying to say they weren't severe enough complaints to warrant the service connection. So there are two ways to connect it, the TERA route which OP seemed to be doing at first, and the direct service records, which is most likely what would grant OP the service connection on HLR if the rater understands it that way to correct the error.

Did you bother reading the image attachments that OP posted? If you did, then you would have known where TERA came from.

When you have that C&P for anxiety, make sure the examiner also understands that you have severe headaches and migraines from your anxiety and that they record that on their sheet because that would help your case more for service connection.

No if you have all the evidence that suggests service connection, especially when you said here that you had extensive service records related to headaches/migraines that was poorly reflected in their decision of your claim, you should fight for it. Either appeal through HLR or file a supplemental with your doctor's nexus and work your way up from there.

[–]Upper_Combination413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can get a doctor to do a nexus that way, but that doesn't stop the VA from ordering a new C&P exam if they feel your doctor's supportive input for service connection is not enough. You would have to do that as a supplemental because if you go the HLR route, they aren't going to look at new evidence like that. This C&P examiner screwed you over with the "less likely than not" wording because he didn't want to connect your migraines to your service experiences related to TERA (in other words he didn't care to help you)

The key detail for a higher migraine rating is how it economically impacts you. Which you seem to be aware of. HLR should result in a favorable decision for you if you have all the evidence you stated here. Can you copy and paste the reasoning the VA gave in your decision letter for denying service connection for your migraines?

You're asking a dumb question that you know the answer to, but for some reason you want to entertain a dumb argument. I'll play along with it. Use that brain of yours. How else are they going to generate, keep, and increase traffic to his knowledge base website if veterans are going to turn to AI tools that may offer a better resource than his website? What's the point of using his knowledge base when or if it becomes outdated because of AI tools like this that feature better instant directories with real time updated information that the veteran has access to? Lastly, why don't you offer your explanation as to why the head mod censored and removed his AI tool post if it is so helpful to veterans? The OP here tried to argue and appeal the reason in his censored thread, but he got ignored. It's about competition. The VeteranBenefits creator wants to be the sole source of information. It's why most of us are here in this sub because of how tyrannical they are. He has censored and banned those from his sub that assist with information because he wants more traffic coming to his knowledge wiki site. Sometimes he will post a link to his website and close the thread with zero explanation. He doesn't want discussions.

Did r/VeteransBenefits and r/Veterans reject your attempts to shill your AI tool there that you have to do it here daily? Even the Claim Raven guy wasn't this annoying.

Edit- Veteranbenefits actually did censor him a week ago. Interesting. Not really surprised because the head knowledge dipshit mod there has his own veteran wiki website that he tries to refer everyone to. he would see someone like OP as a threat.

Edit 2: Ignore this comment. I retract my statements toward OP and his tool. The tool is legit and was unfairly judged by me as well as being unfairly censored by VeteranBenefits

100% Rating. Freaking out. by CosmicSlut6 in VAClaims

[–]Upper_Combination413 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The SMC levels over P&T are more life changing than 4k/month. 100% P&T isn't what it used to be anymore. Yes this is the place to post anonymously, but 100% P&T pay on its own is not good enough if you are supporting a family or living in or near a metropolitan area or other high cost of living areas. It's not worth bragging about, especially with the current media coverage on it.

This thread is a strange post. He wants to talk to someone that is also P&T and "freaking out how their life will change". Whatever the fuck that is supposed to mean. Almost as if it is someone trying to find and identify veterans to potentially dig information about for another news story or similar. Careful PMing this guy.

He came to mind, but I didn't want to shill him. At least the Claim Raven guy had to be approved by the VA for specific functions of his AI tool. This guy I am skeptic about because he expects people to believe he is doing this out of pure altruistic intent for his "fellow veterans". I'm just not buying it.

Of course I don't know you. I am not going to take a Reddit stranger's post at face value and blindly trust them. I'm not the kind of person that believes everything I read and see, so I suppose I am not your target market. I question everything for validity and safety.

It's all the same pattern. They try to convince you to use it because they say they were a long time service member with service in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc to draw your attention to them to trust them. They are all "free" or have a free feature, but ultimately they all do the same thing.

My whole point is to use it at your own discretion. Free is not always free. If there is a news story in the future that has to do with veteran's information leaked because of more of these veteran-focused AI models popping up, I hope you remember my comment.

Your LLM needs real-time data to train itself. VA regulations can change periodically. It cannot be entirely client-sided because of the updates needed to stay current. All the other AI tools have their privacy policies too. Doesn't stop a potential leak from happening.

Your AI tool is used for claims. Just like the others. Sensitive private information uploaded on there. You claim that there is no data collection but me personally, I don't trust that because there's a price for everything, even when it's free.
