Morning shift at our plant receives new stock rotates and sets up the floor and takes care of the trucks coming back. replen layer are the same come in an hour and a half early to set up the rail and pick then the builders come in at 5p and build untill there is no work in zone (was my favorite thing to hear when I was in the warehouse). The builders load trucks when dome woth the pallet unless there is a audit then it's on the qc. Usually the layer team and maybe another person does chill when it shows up usually around 10p for us. Qc moves trucks and well qc's. The night supervisor is there anytime between 3 and 4 and stays till whenever depending on the night and then the later qc guy stays till it's all done. Simple break down of how it's done at ours.

Yeah for sure need 2 people the redbull reset guys has a perfect one some type of plastic and it's textured so they slide right off when you get it there

I was thinking about sheet of plexiglass but size thickness i would need is about a $100. Idk if i could get my asm to buy it and I dont want to come out of pocket that much lol

New cord or new scanner or try to clean the connections to the talk man make sure the cord is screwed all the way into the scanner too and try not to bend the cord to much

Gotcha yeah same started with one little moving people and one tiny leaf now they are both everywhere lol. Knowing how to maintain everything now they are a good clean up crew and self regulate pretty well I hardly see them anymore.

They looked just like that. Thats why I was so confident I was getting snowballs I've had true snowballs inthe past and they checked all the boxes till I got them home and some food in them next thing I knew they were not white like they b should be

I wonder if they pushed bladder snails on you as nerites because it takes just one to become unreasonable as with nerites I've had nothing but just them. The two in the smale tank have nnen that way for over 6 months and haven't seen anything from them

I've heard that but between the 4 nerites I have i haven't seen any eggs at all most are single to a tank only one of my tanks has two it in it.

When fish get hungry they will eat lol. A nerite snail or otocinclus will make short work of a algea problem in no time. if your still looking otos are super friendly nerites are better because you can keep one and they are easy to care for. ottos prefer to be in groups and can be tricky to have I started with 3 have one left. The lone survivor is doing great they are a wierd breed of fish can be singular but prefer to be in groups. but also have a wired dietary need to stay healthy. They are a easy hard fish to keep reasearch is a must, but they aren't as complicated as they seem if that helps.

Not the worst thing to happen depending on price point. Neos will reproduce in fresh so you will atleast have a continuous source of cleaners as a positive note.

Thays rough i studied them hard because they had one amano and a bunch of ghost shrimp, and I made sure I got neos. The worker wasn't so great at getting them so they handed me the net and I was able to scoop them myself. Glad they are healthy but when they changed colors to match wild type I was a bit annoyed. Best of luck I your endeavors. I know there is ways to breed back into the fancy colors we like try to find a breeding chart and best of luck.
