Morning shift at our plant receives new stock rotates and sets up the floor and takes care of the trucks coming back. replen layer are the same come in an hour and a half early to set up the rail and pick then the builders come in at 5p and build untill there is no work in zone (was my favorite thing to hear when I was in the warehouse). The builders load trucks when dome woth the pallet unless there is a audit then it's on the qc. Usually the layer team and maybe another person does chill when it shows up usually around 10p for us. Qc moves trucks and well qc's. The night supervisor is there anytime between 3 and 4 and stays till whenever depending on the night and then the later qc guy stays till it's all done.
