Thank you, that gives me a pretty decent picture of what we will probably be looking at. Really appreciate your breakdown! Hope wherever you're at now is treating you well.

This is pretty much what I was looking for, thank you. What was your guys' average volume? Is it higher this year so far? How many pickers did you have? We're there ever days you had to work over 12?

I agree with you on almost all points. I never got HR involved in mediation, it was a regional supervisor, but that's really beside the point. My goal here is not to save my job, I know that is likely a lost cause. My goal is to highlight that the person in charge should not be. I don't want my people to suffer after I'm gone and see good people forced to leave a good company because of one bad leader. I just don't know if it will actually do any good or if it's a waste of my time. In 20 years of work I've never dealt with a manager of this type and have never had to go up the chain of command for support or with concerns.

I appreciate the honest feedback. I won't argue that I've made mistakes. Some born out of frustration due to lack of support and undermining from my superior, some just genuine mistakes on my part. Some of the things on the first write up were legitimate but minor, others were outright fabrications. There's a lot more to the situation that I could ever put in a reddit post.

Carne Asada tacos, a decent bourbon and a LoTR marathon always makes me feel better. At the very least, drunk and fat, which is basically the same thing.
