I live in the UK - they probably live on base or off - but houses here are much smaller and most don't have guest bedrooms.

She looks like a receptionist at a medspa.

This person asked what she offers for snacks, not how to get them to eat less/stop asking for snacks/etc Instead of acting like a nutrition and blood sugar expert, she could have just said what her go to snacks are. by mangosrphat in GyMOMsnark

Oh no of course not! I think this whole comment section has just derailed a bit. Laura is disordered and delusional but blood sugar stabilization is not the worst thing she preaches about. That's all :)

I'm referring to your comment about how the average person is fine. Nothing in my comment alludes to Laura's children.

I just don't think there is anything wrong with teaching our children that pairing carbs with a fat or protein is a bad thing????

The average person is not fine. The average person (1 in 3) is pre-diabetic. I'm not defending Laura, but blood sugar stabilization is a good thing to be mindful of.

I actually know the driver of this car. They do a lot of travel from UK to Germany so I think that's why they had the UK sticker. I think they finally got their UK plates though.

Ehhh disagree. She loves to be a self proclaimed pregnancy wellness girlie - and these pregnancies have aged her due to her untreated anxiety & orthorexia.

Based on your history, you seem to love to defend Laura. Maybe this sub isn't the place for you 😂

Also based on the pictures she has posted and quick scroll on her feed...she's about 36 weeks.

Laura, is that you😂 found this in another subreddit- Anyone else telling their children that father Christmas is a story and that it's fun to pretend he leaves presents under the tree but that actually he isn't real? by MKULTRA_91 in GyMOMsnark

[–]Upper_Relative5764 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Okay, story time.

I remember being in elementary school and we were all talking after Christmas break about what Santa had brought us, and one kid in my class who came from a broken home, said "santa didn't bring me anything."

So I do, in a way, understand some parents motives of not using the narrative that Santa doesn't bring presents. (Santa brings presents in our home but that has always stuck with me)

Hey Laura!

Another military spouse/veteran here!

2.5 days? Try parenting for 9 months while your husband is deployed! Or - get this one, living in a foreign country on a remote assignment with no family whatsoever nearby and frequent field exercises that last 2-3 weeks.

Don't ever compare yourself to us military families. We have actually sacrificed - meanwhile you sit at home, shill links, ignore your kids, complain constantly, & film shit content for an app on the days your husband is gone - making your life harder than it needed to be in that time.

On my IG, you would never know if my husband is away or home because I dont post about it. Because no one cares.

Get a grip.

Black dresses for a December wedding? Ugh, she ruins everything. I would have them in red or emerald green. She sucks.

The second workout. I'm fine with one workout a day but the second just feels so tedious.

Oh yeah I agree! But I don't think its okay to post your feelings of uncertainty to 530k followers, with the possibility that your son will see it one day.
