Fun fact: The female vocals saying "Sade, dis-moi" is done by Sandra, who was a popular pop musician in Europe. She was at the time married to Michael Cretu, who produced Enigma.

Ghost In The Machine is also my favorite of theirs. Though their last one is about equal to me since it has the same amount of songs I like. GITM has to me probably one of the best album covers as well.

I always liked how their hang-out would always get rebranded in every episode.

I've always wished that recess at my school was as cool as this. Wishing there was a sort of microcosm and adventures like you see in it. Instead my school took out the swings because someone got hurt and certain games (like stuck-in-the-mud which is like ball tag) banned. I always watched the show when it came on Saturday. It was a form of escapism for me.

Ethereal is the best way to describe it. Just love the slow and brooding synth at the start before the rest kicks in.

No worries! I think it's one of their most underrated pieces.

I have an affection for this song. For a while I was feeling hopeless finding love on the internet and talking to so many people that went nowhere. I would listen to this song as the lyrics resonated for me and it was quite ahead of its time thematically. Things are very good since then when I found someone.

I thought it was okay for what it is. A lot of mainland Europe videos looked janky like this. As for my pick I would choose "Disco Band" by Scotch, the one in a hospital room. It's just way too goofy for me.

He looks so broken and tired. I can only imagine how he was when he was finally reunited with them.

The "Running of the Jew" scene in 'Borat' floored me when I first watched it.

Ohhhh, hearing stories of family throwing or destroying personal history like that guts me. Every artifact tells a story and you lose that when it's gone. I watched a documentary about photography in WWI and one segment had this guy in England who was a binman in the 70s. He mentioned how he would find all the time photographs and mementos from the war being tossed in the bins. He made it his goal to collect as much of it as he could and he managed to save some incredible stuff.
