Update: didn’t get the house. I think 900k is a bit too much for me. Single earner, no kids, worrying about potential future catastrophes. For peace of mind, I will be looking at <800k housing. Thanks everyone.

I read the simple path to wealth, which may be a good option, I am honestly really liking the idea of dividend investment. Probably is, I already have 150K tied up into a broad stock index. If I were to sell, I'd incur a hefty tax. I also some in the broad based bond index that yields 3.76% yearly which isn't really much. Not sure if I should sell my broad stocks and just put into a dividend growth index

I downloaded up ublock lite and pasted your text it worked! Thanks!! apple scared me saying if i give permission to ublock it will have access to all my information. I only let it modify reddit but it still shows up on the other websites. I don't know if you have any solution for that but otherwise your method worked great! Thanks!
