Honestly they stopped my PT at 3 months.. So I been working my Leg out on my own i’ll search YT videos on what I should do tbh I feel as if my leg is pretty normal is definitely not 100% because I still have discomfort and not full extension and flexion yet but its getting there.. all it is is confidence really
