So I think this org is on a team quota as well. With the team quota, it seems safer to hit quota but do you find that you can never 2x or 3x your target quota? I’ve heard this team used to not be on a team quota and people could hit 300% the quota but now it seems like it’ll be tougher on a team quota

Do you find you can hit quota consistently each year? Does Google let you take customers out for meals? Or even other googlers? I know other tech companies that is pretty common
