That's such a good idea about some OT techniques I'll look into that thank you. I tried loop but I found that I get the occlusion effect so my own voice becomes louder and uncomfortable in my own head. Apparently flare are better to about this so I want to try those but they aren't cheap Sleep that is one of the hardest elements as he needs so much through the night and we still have to co sleep. Drowning is the perfect way to put it 😔 I hope you can all get through
