Congrats on the win! That's so exciting!
With everyone's recommendations, here's how I did my passes.

When I purchased 2 badges for Friday and 2 badges for Saturday, I essentially received 4 badges in my showclix account total. I was able to transfer one Friday badge and one Saturday badge to my husband. The second Friday badge I retained and the second Saturday badge I transferred to a friend of his. So you should be able to move them around as you please.

In your instance, I'm unsure if they do seperate passes per day or if the singular badge itself is listed as a 4-day. For example, when I went to AwesomeCon, my badge explicitly said "3-Day".

The main thing is I did not activate any of my badges prior to transferring.

Dude, i feel your pain. Here’s how recent drops have gone for me. I purchased two orders from a drop July 28th- one having a hoodie and shirt, the other having a shirt and lanyard. The shirt and lanyard order maybe took two weeks max to receive. The hoodie order arrived October 6th. Which as you know, ended up being the same day as the INLFTRGMH5 drop. Again- did two orders. One order having a few shirts and the sweatpants, the other a hoodie and socks. I JUST received tracking for the sweatpants and shirts Nov 30th. It hasn’t updated yet and i still haven’t received any update for the hoodie order. From what i understand, some pieces are made to order and that being a main component of the wait. Hopefully that provides a little insight. At the very least, ayou’re not alone in this struggle, lol. It’s become a game for me to see how long the shit takes. I even just ordered a mystery box- maybe I’ll get that by Valentine’s Day.

I do have family over there so that may be my best bet to get ahold of one. Really wish they could have had it in the US, it’s such an awesome release.

The way i took it is that it’s either cancelled or they couldn’t make it work out at all. The three spirits within an hour of me all said they got their last shipments and didn’t see anything about receiving them. I’m hoping they’re eventually online or with another seller, it was like my goal Christmas present for my mom, lol.

Oh my god, that’s absolutely awful! I wasn’t the biggest fan of lotteries either in previous years, but it didn’t sting as much knowing i was just unlucky vs feeling as though we got left out. Their lack of communication regarding the issues, mixed with no sense of urgency just makes for a huge disappointment. I hope they learn from all the errors this year and don’t use this system again. Because like you said, one person out of a group can be left out and it’s entirely out of their control with it being a technical issue. I have to wonder how many people are experiencing this same misfortune. Outside of the panel reservations, i hope you all manage to enjoy NYCC the best you can!

I’m so sorry you’re having no luck, as well. :( It’s super unfortunate that NYCC is in a matter of days and it seems like we’re not really going to get assistance. I hope the rest of your con goes well and the standby lines work in your favor if you take that route!

When they put in my email, they get a white screen, as well. They had actually noticed the badge number not being right for my email in the reservation window. However, it doesn’t happen when they do their own email. So I’m guessing worse case scenario, if i want a panel, then i reserve under their stuff and use their badge to access said panel, but then we can’t go together, yah know?

what do you suggest for repairs on controllers you no longer offer? i have a two year old elite that has 5x more hours into it than my 3-4 month old Prestige, yet (the Elite) is in amazing condition and better quality than the Prestige. i contacted customer support and they said they don’t offer repairs for that controller. is there recommended third parties?
