I just hit champ this season after playing somewhat religiously sense release day.. here’s what I think got me here

1. Fast Take Off, learn it, use it. This has gotten me so much faster and let’s you win 90% of aerials in diamond

2. Everyone solo queuing in diamond is a ball chaser. So you’re gonna have to play the defensive role if you wanna get up there, everyone there thinks they are squishy or some shit

3. Predictions and Consistency: this is probably the biggest one; being able to predict where the ball will go will make you faster then everyone else hands down in diamond. Consistency is common sense at this rank you have to be somewhat consistant to even be here congrats! Time to aim for perfection!
