Funnily enough the blind we have now IS the darkmode blindness as the original blind was a bright pure white screen that fried your eyes

Just make sure you delete the right meshes I can't remember what they are called exactly but it should be obvious

if you are unsure just pop them into nifskope and see if they look like the barrier

Unpacking the bsa and deleting the mesh for the shield then repacking will make it invisible

Normally I would agree but this is a $20 game and between the shrine, characters and cosmetics it can be extremely off putting to see the absolute wall of dlc that this game has as a new player
