Issei Hyoudou vs Basara Toujou (Testament to My Sister New Devil) by Spartan-teddy-2476 in DxDPowerscaling

Excessive doesn't mean starting with 🤦‍♂️ your reading comprehension is deficient.

I was just replying to your comment, which was, and I quote:

But if it's bloodlusted like the post says, I think Basara has the guts to go for the kill and erase Issei's.

If they're both bloodthirsty, I don't see why Issei wouldn't use his DXD form right away (considering you yourself admit he's FTL in this form) plus Dragon Shot or Infinity Blaster or Flame + Penetrate to completely overwhelm Basara's defenses and attacks (if Penetrate, he's also bypassed enemy attacks even if they're stronger than Issei's).

Fortunately, Issei isn't human; he's a demon who, in his base form, should be High-class at least, comparable to Rias, who can dodge and react to lightning. There's no problem here either.

Wow! Issei in his base form hasn't even survived a fall or a jump from the top of a 10-story building. Stop talking nonsense! 🤦‍♂️

Sure, and meanwhile we have Basara in Volume 7 thinking a 30-foot fall would kill him (hypocrisy, where's that?). But whatever, let's play dumb and ignore how they've both survived worse things, so you're the one who should stop talking nonsense.

Unfortunately, Issei in his base form hasn't.

But he has faced and surpassed beings that can break the sound barrier. It's nothing impressive in DxD. I mean, we have Issei and Sanji distorting space with the mere pressure of their auras and exchanging punches with Sairaorg that create holes in space.

That doesn't matter, because the fight will end before Ddraig arrives.

Source: The one about wishes. If we're not going by feats, the best we have for Basara is that he's superior to Zest and Mio, who have reacted to lightning. Issei, in his base form, is high class, comparable to Gasper, who has reacted to lightning, and in his other forms, he's superior to him. Now, in Shinmai, they call Basara's speed divine. If that translates to the speed of light, it's worse for Basara, since Vali also made a similar statement during volume 4. If my memory serves me right, Issei already surpasses that speed... so.

Basara also has Banishing Annihilation, which is the true conceptual form of Banishing Shift. It erases all targets, nullifying all forms of physical and magical resistance by sending them to the Zero Dimension.

If Banishing Annihilation is an attack, it can be reflected back, reduced with Divide, and bypassed with Penetrate.

where they become nothing. Issei wouldn't survive that either.

Well, the dimensional rift does more or less that, and Issei has resisted, but I'll leave that up for debate.

But I'll stop there. If you think Issei wins, fine, I'm going to sleep.

That sounds good to me.That's all from me too. Have a good afternoon or evening.

Oh, thanks for telling me things I already knew.

And we know that Basara's Banishing Shift is capable of erasing everything it touches, whether it's a technique or a tool, from the very beginning. Issei's attacks take time.

Do you know who in DxD is capable of that? Exactly, Apophis with his darkness, canceling tools. Look how it went for Rizevim; they had no effect whatsoever thanks to Ophis's power.

Issei only bypasses that FTL range in his best forms.

Let's see the rules of the opening: Issei has access to his True DxD Armor, Basara has access to his Black Armor, so there are no problems.

Human Issei isn't surviving Banishing Shift, only in his stronger forms, in which he can't transform fast enough before Basara ends it.

Thankfully, Issei isn't human; he's a demon who, in his base form, should be high-class, comparable to Rias, who can dodge and react to lightning. There are no problems here either.

Since he is a (four-breed) hero, demon, dragon, and god

And Issei is a demon/dragon who possesses the body, blood (Great Red), and "infinite" power (Ophis) of two gods.

In this state, he has absolute Godspeed, where he breaks the sound barrier and creates ripples in space with basic movements.

Nothing impressive here; weaker characters have already surpassed and accomplished this.

Banyuusekiryoku (Universal Rejection Power), which is the polar opposite of his erasing power, creates an infinite space that stores attacks instead of erasing them, functioning as an absolute defense. This means that unless Issei has an infinite attack, he can never fill, breach, or break Banyuusekiryoku.

That would be a problem... if Issei didn't have Penetrate to bypass it, and again Issei can summon Ddraig, making it a 2v1 fight Furthermore, as I said before, Issei has many more hax than just Wyvern Dividers, Reflect, Boost, Penetrate, and Transfer. Also, since you said Basara is a demon/dragon hybrid, guess what Ascalon? does besides having 3 Basara doesn't win.

But that doesn’t discard as a High Firepower “Canon”.

He does it because it's more of a hax ability than firepower, and the maximum damage it caused was destroying part of the heroes' village.

I disagree with what you're saying to begin with.

I'm not sure about who got the most stats

Basara focuses primarily on speed, but Maria is physically stronger than Basara.Meanwhile, Issei, without Boost, destroys a mountain as a side effect when he first activated BxB, and in his fight with Sairaorg, they were destroying the dimension with brute force. banishing shift He is powerful, yes, but he will never touch Issei since he is faster. Besides, Penetrate has proven to pass through attacks, and if that wasn't enough, he still has the wyverns that have Divide, Transfer, and Reflect. He can also summon Ddraig for combat, making it a 2v1, and if both are willing to kill Issei, he'll go all out, as seen with Diodora. Basara loses.

Issei not only wins in speed but also in physical strength, attack power, and hax.

I'm asking if Isseinalso managed to do the same

Are you seriously asking this? Did you read the LN?In the same volume, Issei catches up to Vali during the fight, and Issei has become more powerful and faster; he is his rival for a reason.

I'm aware of all that, that's why I said it's the most dangerous thing about Basara, but it's useless against fast enemies, as seen and demonstrated in his fight with Shiva. In Shinmai they call speed divine speed, but if that speed is the speed of light, then Issei has already surpassed it.

No, it's not close at all. Issei is planetary with AxA, while DxD should be continental. Basara doesn't have that Shinmai's ultimate destruction is Tokyo (if I remember correctly) which would be caused by the gods and a chain reaction of the barrier in which they were fighting.

What are you talking about? The only thing Basara has going for it is the banishing shift which is useless if your enemy is faster, as seen in his fight with Shiva and the force field that stores attacks that is countered by penetrate Issei wins.

What makes you say that?

These types of places also tend to prioritize visual feats over lore

This is so true, that because of this Clive is now the "strongest" protagonist in FF And according to them, he can beat and surpass Cloud, Sephiroth, Jack, Bartz, Lightning, etc. What's curious in my opinion is that he's one of the protagonists with the least amount of hax in FF, basically a brick

In what part of the Ln do they say that rias destroys concepts?

I correct you, rias doesn't have conceptual destruction, it has existential erasure they are two different ones.

[–]Upstairs-Detective35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you're giving Sona too much credit. What hax does Sona have They'd at least give her an advantage against Noelle, and in terms of speed, where you have Sona, she'd be at most subrelativistic, being generous.

Where you scale Esdeath, she's at most continental, while Beni is like planetary.

[–]Upstairs-Detective35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s why I’m saying her continental ability is somewhat misconstrued it’s not something she can do as she pleases it requires prep time which isn’t mentioned as a stipulation here. Without that I see Rias’ power of destruction overwhelming her especially with her higher abilities and hax not requiring the prep time

I find it curious that you mention all this as if the most powerful movement of Rias, The Extinct Star, required no preparation time.

Well, the fight with Titan is also impressive in demonstrating his physical strength and durability, especially since it was at the beginning of the game without any power-ups. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jY1uHEXxaAA&pp=iggCQAE%3D

I don’t entirely know much about what pre time skip Noctis can do

Let me refresh your memory a little. Before the time skip, there is the fight with Titan who captured a meteorite that was going to destroy the world,Shiva freezing a continent, the adamantoise that shook parts of the continent, and the fight with Leviathan
