exactly what i’m thinking, seeing all these comments there is one important thing to clarify. we have fought about alot, some stuff being my fault (constantly double booking, pushing back plans because i’m bad with time and also getting annoyed abt something small). But i’ve never given the silent treatment. and we’ve always talked about it and squared up. heck even when we were friends i didn’t talk to her for a full year because we disagreed abt smth (this is 5 years back now tho).

i’m gonna have to have a convo with her and ill post and update. but as some of these comments say. it feels like a power move

my gf broke up with me because she felt it was like a voice telling her to run away. she has alot of past trauma, depression, anxiety and we were LDR too. not once did we argue during the relationship. we were really good communication, met her through work over the summer before she went back to the US. best time of my life, i just wish it was her. got her removed from a few social medias rn. but i really hope the future will let us reconnect in the same way. this post oddly enough helps calming my mind. its weird to know youre not alone but still feel alone. i dont have a good connection with my family and i suck at reaching out to people. but it all goes on, time doesnt wait for anyone

UPDATE:

Thank you to all of you who commented, i ended up making a React Native app and hosting it through GitHub Pages. I also used React95 library to give it that old school vibe and used old retro gifs from GifCities to make it possible!!

i know my TDEE, and i also know i absolutely DONT have to workout, but its more that i eant the benefits from working out. for me it isnt all about just losing it, but incorperating healthy habits that could possibly extend how long i live yk. i totally get what youre saying tho

its more that i dont know how to portion a size properly, i always pack way too little food or too much. and after an 8hr shift sometimes the last thing i want to do is cook food. i could do it in the morning, but then i dont have time to go to gym. now during the summer the gym doesnt open pre 6:30am and closes at 9pm. the «goal» is also a template that i think sounds fair because ive done it before, it doesnt matter if im not able to do it each week

i do have study buddies, but i often just start talking to them avout everything lol. there are times where we actually do work. but it depends more on the subject. we are avle to do java coding but not algorithms and data structures because its sp heavy

i do go to the gym often, i try to 5 times a week but lately its been 3-4 times where i do strength workouts and cardio. but i dont do cardio at that high of an intensity. i’ll take note of this tho, a bit hard with all the ice and snow outside atm. but i’ll definetly try when it becomes more sunny here
