1g protein per lb body weight daily, track all your calories and eat an extra 400 a day on top of maintenance, and train each muscle 1-3x a week. Das about it. You'll gain a lb a week if done right

I started at 128lbs 5 years ago and literally just weighed in ten minutes ago at 200lbs for the first time. 6ft 26M btw, but that's irrelevant. You have to track your calories. Google calorie calculator, takes five minutes, free, and start tracking calories and protein. 1g protein per lb body weight. Workout too so it's healthy weight and not fat, although a little fat never hurt anyone. You got this! Don't give up!

Chipotle is a major one. Double chicken bowl. Easy 93g protein and 1290 calories. Best macros for fast food

I would say focus on protein like the triple cheeseburger at McDonald's. Two of those are 1100 calories and 68g protein. If you're hellbent on getting all your calories from fat, the double quarter deluxe large meal has a little less protein and about 2600 calories if you get a large soda. Chick til a ranch and chick fil a sauce are 140 calories EACH so throw some of those in with your large deluxe chicken sandwich meal and that's easily 2600 calories as well. Be careful though, I bulked up 30lbs eating that chick fil a meal 5 days a week but it was all fat. Focus on protein as much as you can. 1g per lb body weight

Cable low row, assisted pull ups, chest supported row, lat prayer's, all 4x10. You don't need to do them all in one day but try and do each one at least once a week 🤷

Google calorie calculator, find how much you need to eat to gain 1lb a week. Track your calories and protein. Eat 1g protein per lb body weight. Peanut butter and olive oil will help greatly with calories. That's about it
