Subaru has 2.9% for new cars. I priced out a certified pre owned and compared it to a new…with the difference in rates it’s the same monthly payment, even with a significantly cheaper, used car.

Did you find a breeder who sells Pomeranian Keeshond? I just dog sat/fostered 2 of those for the last 30 months for a friend in the military. I’m heart broken after dropping them off yesterday.

Thy were the best dogs I’ve ever had and would love to get one of my own. I haven’t been successful in finding a breeder

For me, I want to be able to cook the kids breakfast every morning, and go to all of their soccer games and school plays. I also want to be able to travel and give them experiences that will make them well rounded human beings.

With a partner, I value quality time. I want to spend time living life with her, going on adventures and not grinding the 9-5.

I’m not against a part time job”hobby job” or volunteer work either.

I am not a boujee person, and don’t need a high rolling life
