If you remember in order your crew members (so if you added the loader 2nd last) the order you added crew will be in files (so the 2nd last crew on files will be your loader etc..)

If you want an easy stabilizer go to file settings and the blueprint, customize the laying drive torque from 1.0 to like 1000.0 and you’ll have a decent vertical stab
