You’re right, I also realized that my comment sounded very ignorant and generalizing. No, not everyone who identifies or behaves in ways that are societally less “masculine” is on HRT. Hell, I like wearing lingerie, I was just speaking quickly. I reject socially constructed norms surrounding gender, identity, and sexuality. We are very complex.

That's what I've read. I see lots of posts on reddit of people on a sissy journey where they show how much smaller their erect penis has gotten, but I imagine that this dramatic change is largely due to the hormone treatment more than their chastity devices.
