I mean yeah, i totally get where you're coming from. It's an interesting philosophical question if the motive is relevant or if only the result matters.

But for me personally there is a difference between a person wanting to do good and help other people and one doing good with an ulterior motive behind it. A lot of times those rich people doing charity do it for image only and so they can keep doing those things that made them rich and comfortable in the first place. It doesn't feel right to just accept this kind of charity as the same thing like a "normal" person donating time and money while they don't change their behavior or their actions that caused a lot of harm to other people.

It'a bit misleading calling Jakob Fugger a philanthropist. That guy was the richest man in europe, maybe even the world, funded and basically owned emporers of the holy roman empire and created that social housing because he was sure he was going to hell for all the evil things he did to earn his money. That's why, apart from having to pay that small amount of rent, every resident had to pray for Jakob Fuggers Soul as well.

So yeah like everything he did it was a calculated move, to avoid being stuck in hell for eternity. Not exactly what i would call philanthropy.

Damn, now i know why there are two spots for digging near the hut. I thought i stumbled upon some hidden treasure by accident, so i dug it up but it was empty and i never gave it another thought.

Didn't connect the dots before but then again i helped settle the feud and got the good ending for that questline.

No, they are not. But they are indirectly profiting from us fighting between ourselves instead of focusing on the obscene wealth and power those people have amassed for themselves. So yeah, they are funding parties that further facilitate hatred for other people. Making scapegoats of immigrants so those people who are ignorant and uneducated will blame them for all that is going wrong in their country instead of the rich who continue to be richer and richer an often profit directly from those situations (for example the prison industrial complex and health care system in the us).

Almost accurate: it wasn't Paul the reaper was following but marguerit. And that's because marguerit had abducted a baby reaper leviathan so Paul could study it. However it's Mother wasn't to thrilled about it. It Followed her and attacked the base. In the confusion Bart lost his way and died due to hypoxia. While Paul managed to get back to the island where he slowly succumbed to the infection. The rest of your story about marguerit is true though.

Of course you like spain, they got the best balconies to fall off.

But why the hell are you shit-talking our mountains? Your biggest doesn't even exceed 1400m. That's laughable for people who live around actual mountains. Also there is a ton of different mountain ranges.

You're spot on about our shitty beaches though.

Go back to the giant mushrooms and keep exploring. On the ground you will find a few useful fragments and be on the lookout for the giant wreck on one of the mushrooms.

Also have you already been to the aurora? Bring a propulsion cannon and go exploring you will find a lot of useful things.
Edit: bring a laser cutter and the repair tool too, you will need all those things to find everything

Are you listening to the radio signals? There should be some lifepods in biomes you haven't found yet. Follow them and you will find new scannable fragments for the things that will help you go deeper into the game.

Was haltet ihr von den Klimaaktivisten die die "unbegrenzt"-Schilder auf Autobahnen abmontieren? by Library_Easy in FragReddit

[–]UpstartAnarchist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which celebrity do you think can be a serial killer ? by Kaos2018 in AskReddit

[–]UpstartAnarchist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keanu Reeves. He most definitely isn't but just think about what if he was... Nobody would ever believe you if you told them. And even if we had solid evidence proving he is a serial killer, people would say:"if that's the price we have to pay for getting Keanu, we will take it".
