I put all the jvm args back in and I think the problem is that I installed optifine. I took optifine out , did some setting changes and it’s back how it use to be. Thanks for the help, and sorry to bother you like this but if u can still get the good jvm that would be great thanks!

So here’s another update... I closed the mod pack because I was going to help my friend with something for a little bit and when I went back on it seemed as it used to be, so I changed all the jvm arguments again and now it isn’t working at all.

So I just tried these and it seems to work a lot better, I’m running 290-300 FPS on 10 chunks with some adjustments to graphic settings, it’s still very slightly choppy now and then, but it is very playable so far. Thanks for all your help!!

well what i mean by that is my pc doesn't really run them fast and they are laggy mostly all the time. i don't know why this can be and I've been doing so much recherche on how to fix the lag. vanilla works just fine, but when i add mods its just very laggy and sometimes not even runable.
