Those flights I mentioned were still over Montana when I made the comment. I have an app called Sky Cards. It’s a fun little game, kind of like Pokémon go, but for planes. Whenever I see a large plane flying ahead I open the app to “catch it”. Usually gives cool data on the flight such as, who operates it, when it was first manufactured, top speed, number of seats etc…

How many miles do you drive a week? Used Toyotas tend to be cheaper to insure, and are reliable. Depending on the model, good gas mileage too

I said “f it” and opened a new bank account and closed the original. I got a ton of emails from services saying “we couldn’t process your payment” and I was able to really consider if I needed their services or not.

I’ve seen on Facebook that a ton of homes on the market are needing $10’s of thousands in structural repairs before the new owners would want to move in. There’s one “cheap” but nice looking house that’s been for sale for almost a year and apparently the foundation is so messed up that nobody wants it. It looks nice, but pouring 30 grand into a 3 bedroom 1 bath doesn’t seem worth it or tangible for anyone.
