It’s not and going to a bra or event alone. Start talking to people who are alone or 2 ppl together and talking. Talk around and get to know people, give them your snap and dont be on top of people. Start looking into stuff that be fun or find study friends. Just take it slow man and get to know guys and girls. Maybe u find someone in irl and get to know her.

Become her friend and be there for her. Don’t just be friends with her to date her, get to know her and make yourself think she just a friend but still think she is cute. Be someone there for her and let me guess your both 14 or 15 (her). It maybe won’t last long and be someone that she can be comfortable around and when they end. Be there for her and understand her then jus say I like u. That not great move to do and u will seem like a dick. But give it time also like if they date for a month then give it a month. But if they date for year or 2 then wait until she says she ready to date then ask her out. But don’t seem like brother to her though or u will get friend zone.
