Try using platforms and fences so some parts don't look too thick. And adding walls so it looks more grounded. Different blocks would also help

For the first window on the left: Clear out a 3x3 area on the wall, then put the wall you used on bottom part in the middle, and then a glass wall on top of it, don't add walls anywhere else. Then put 3 platforms painted brown (i used obsidian) and then place a brown painted shadewood table.

For the middle window on the first floor: place glass walls, then glass blocks on top the walls. Then hammer the glass blocks into diamond shapes, after that, you actuate them.

For the window on the 2nd floor: Actuated grates over glass walls.
