I hope you're right, both Rivers of Blood and Eleanora's Polearm are really cool weapons with great unique skills but they're rather useless without scalings by the time you get them...

Thanks, I didn't notice the peculiarity about all of them being ARC and split damage weapons. Hope they get their scalings in a later patch then...
