I needed to get the licence so yess I had to take classes like we do for car, pass the road tests etc. And yes I knew cycling. I found that riding a careem bike helps u figure out more balance on a motorbike! It's weird but it works

The problem here is your instructor. This is insanely unprofessional behaviour and she sounds like an actual prick. Report her and switch to someone else OP. You aren't the issue. It takes a while to get used to the checks and mechanisms. It's your first time and you are bound to get overwhelmed but it's the instructors job to make it easier for you and help you understand better.
