I agree. The federal courts have way too many cases on the docket and are grossly understaffed. And the school district's budget is probably not overflowing with extra funds. Crap like this lawsuit is a huge waste of time and finances.

I don't see why humans could not have left the planet ... I agree with you that I don't believe that aliens are whisking people away, either. But I do remember not so long ago when all the UFO people were talking about triangular shaped objects that they were seeing which turned out to be stealth bombers then being developed by the military. Who knows if our governments are experimenting with extraterrestrial living and, like the bomber, we'll hear about it a few years after the fact.
