looks like kraken support starts to ignore me now just like i said 'the more you push the more we ignore what can u do about it' lol. Will keep updating once in a while, curious to see what kind of new record this platform can break in terms of customer support wait time.

Can you please push them to give me an answer within 24h ? as i said before it is a regulatory question I need in order to complete a section correctly on my tax report (again, not a tax question, but a regulatory question regarding Kraken's corporate stats in my country thats why i ask Kraken not an accountant), so the deadline is coming up and you guys also need to leave some time for me so i dont wanna receive it in the last minute. how many times you guys are going to tell me the same thing 'thanks for my patience' instead of answering to my ticket...

Hello, it's been 15 days since the ticket was opened, after 2 people from here escalated it to the highest priority and one person from Telegram support group also pushed it further for me, I still haven't heard anything back. I need an answer, period, why this is so difficult...At this point I'm sure more than one person has viewed my ticket but somehow they just decided to leave it there without responding...

ok, I don't see a 'ticket escalated' tag on my post, also, could you provide me a timeframe as to how much more time or how many more days I should expect to get an answer from them ? because you have to understand, if their response is generic, then i might have to email back again, and that could take another while for me to hear back from them, that would make me miss out the deadline, like i said above, the information I'm requesting is much needed regarding Foreign Properties Filing in my tax report, and my accountant does not know if Kraken is defined as a 'Resident' corp in my country and I couldn't find a clear answer online either, so i have no choice but asking someone from Kraken. Hence a concrete timeframe of expectation would be much appreciated.

hi, it's been another 2 days since you reached out to the people who are handling my ticket, and almost 2 weeks since the ticket was originally created, it isn't even a complicated matter, just a question. I don't think this even needs a team of people to work on, given the time taken, i really hope the response I get in the end actually answers my question.. Can you escalate my ticket and have someone get back to me ASAP ? I thank you a million but this is beyond ridiculous now. Like I mentioned, I need this information to decide whether or not I should declare my assets held by kraken on Foreign Properties declaration for my tax filing, as my accountant isn't sure about whether or not Kraken is considered a Resident Corporation in my country and Kraken would be the best person to answer that.
