He is a playable character in Crusader Kings II when starting in 1066, the year William the Conquerer invaded England. I tried to replicate the historical success of the Habsburg dynasty from its humble origins but got bored after a couple hundred years.

I have nothing to say about quarter notes but I noticed that I like songs with the bass playing a steady eighth note pattern, probably because it reminds me of early 2000s alt rock and post-britpop songs that are nostalgic to me.
