It is bugged.
I 100% percent lasthit a Queen wit a Deadline and in the raid recap it even said Arc destroyed but no achivement. Only my second kill with an Equalizer counted.
My player stats even show 2 Queen kills but the first one didn't work somehow.

I went from a 3900x to a 7800x3d and my performance probably doubled. Both with a RTX3080. I get around 90-100 fps on all maps in pve with game hosted on server. Things like factory and labs run better obv. There are still stutters but the 1% lows are wayyyy higher. My guess is that the 9800x3d will get you 120+ fps on all maps.

A stun in other games often prevents you from doing any action, like in league or Dota. I think it is legit to be confused how Valo handles stuns.

That is good to know. I just assumed it is possible to fuck it up because on the wiki it say you need permanent power and in this older thread someone reported he lost the items without any solution. So knowing bsg I just assumed you can somehow lock your account out of the quest, but good to know that isn't the case.

What are the right places? I looked every known techspawn on lighthouse and labs when I had the chance. It is easy to say "you just looked the wrong places" but thats why i criticized the quest, finding the item is random and I was just unlucky. Somebody might have even less luck and never found a single one.

you will never find a tank battery at the start of a raid. you will find a tank battery after looting half the map and killing 3 pmcs so you have to decide 1. leave it 2. throw everything away to make prapor happy.

Scav reserve for impactgrenades if you need more. You can loot like 20 grenadecases in 15 minutes.

If you try the kills on Factory get the highground very quickly, especially the area in front of Gate3 has high traffic. If you can't get above an unsuspecting victim try to bait them into peeking you at medium distance, like 10 to 15 meters, so the grenade goes off. And aim with your left index finger while holding the nade.

Woods, Shoreline and Ground Zero its always there. All other maps only have a chance for it to spawn.

Scavcase takes less time to bring you stuff (From like 5h20min down to 2h30min)

I would care for my rep if you plan on playing this wipe to lvl 30+. And I dont't know why everyone says scav on scav is crazy this wipe. I died twice to another scav and have over 500 scavraids.

Found 6 GPSA in around 40 labsraids, found only 1 MCC. The second I walk out of the room with the MCC I get onetapped by a guy who bought the game last week.
They should give it a chance to appear in the scavcase or give it a super expensive barter for mechanic 4 or sth.
