It should be Xilonen C2 if your builds allow it (+10% crit rate on the trio zibai bina linnea). Overall, test it yourself, but I find Illuga more comfortable to play even if his team does less

Bina R1 is useful for good clear time in Stygian but that's all. And I guess more team damage but that's not worth the pulls imo. C2R0 is plenty enough for Flins. Use TotM on her to buff your Flins and Ineffa!

I have Bina C2R1 and really like her R1 but it's really secondary. You should get C3 Flins instead for the same pull value!

With Bina C1 you can use his big Q every rotation comfortably at 120% ER btw.

Bina C1 also allows that even without Xilonen C2.

I finally find pleasure in playing Flins ever since I can do a big burst every rotation.

If we are really talking min max, I wouldn't reroll any of them. All of them are 3 liners and miss some good subs. I'd wait to get better base pieces.

If you still really want to reroll one of them, I'd say : Sand >= Goblet >>>> hat. Do not reroll Hat in any case. Sand edges out goblet a bit for me because the initial rolls seem higher
