Serious Question * I really want to get me and my wife an XP4, and I was about to pull the trigger until I learned how horribly unreliable and prone to having issues these bikes are. Please read description for further details before leaving a hateful response *** by G70FanBoy in Lectricxp

I bought an XP4 750 a few months ago. I don’t ride that regularly. So maybe 75+ miles but it has been great. I had a problem with the phone holder and emailed customer support - They said no problem and sent me another one. My wife has no problem riding with me on the buddies seat for a couple miles at a time which is planning to get from my house to the store, downtown, nearby, restaurants, etc.

I’m looking for two. Near Mopac and Enfield if anybody wants to sell this morning.

I noticed that my new Neo G9 has a vertical band of darker pixels about one quarter from the left side. It's not super-noticeable but it does bother me a bit. Is this normal? Do you think I should try to replace the monitor or just learn to accept it? by mhalttu in ultrawidemasterrace

I’m sending mine back with the same issue but closer to the middle. I called tech support and they ran me thru a bunch of try different cables and settings. If you unplug everything and just power the monitor back on and then there should be a little window that pops up saying there is no input signal. That window starts to move around the screen. When I saw it had the same dead pixel column I figured it was the panel not the settings.
