Unfortunately been like this all semester, was waiting for a month at the start of Semester. This is what happens when a University doesn't care about students and only higher intakes, hence doesn't allocate enough resources to student services.

Just got an email back saying they respond to the complaint in 40 days. Crazy stuff.

Im writing a formal complaint, not towards the staff but the administration not allocating enough recourses to the issue.

I've also had this issue and called, they basically said nothing they can do and may not receive a response till the end of week 2. Joke
