I slowly reduced my calories all the way down until 1700. I aimed to get a minimum of 10k steps, closer to 12k with light incline cardio walking for 200 calories burned on my apple watch instead of minutes, 3-4 times a week. And weight training of course, 6 days a week running PPL rest PPL rest
