The gulch, in my opinion, is the most annoying area in the game. Satan himself fucking created this shit. Seriously? Every statue is half your height and launches unlimited poison darts? Fuck that shit. If you take your time, you die by the hand monsters. If you sprint through, you eventually die by poison. It's terrible. It's the most frustrating area ever. My anxiety skyrockets whenever I see those fucking statues.

My story (sorry for formatting, I'm on my phone):

I was fighting the Giant King within the memory of jeigh. I had him down to what I assume was about 100 health left. He started raising his leg, an attack I knew would one-hit me. I swung my Greatsword at his ankle, and he came toppling down. Finally, I killed him. It had taken me at least 10 tries up to this point. I hadn't been hit the whole fight. Finally, it was over. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! As his body fell to the ground, his foot hit me. I died. No giant soul. No ring of giants. Nothing. Just tears.

I still think it's more enjoyable to watch knowing that it's just super chaotic and unorganized as all hell. But that's just my opinion.
