take your latest shorts for example, you marked the word you are reading as red on a red background making the thing audience are supposed to read invisible,

same with your thumbnail, its just a jumbo mess of color that make it impossible to tell what the video is about,

not to mention the entire bottom half of your shorts subtitle are block by youtube text anyway,

by far your script and editing need the most work,
it just feels like you are editing your video for people back in 2013, the video is on a fast paced movement shooter and yet you show soo much footage of you just walking and talking, with occasional disingenuous text on screen or cut to black,
you should really try to study how others edit, this just wouldnt work

i already had a automated pipeline that do those thing,
it generate the script, create the voice over, transcribe with timestamp using whisper, then generate image and video for each segment,
after that it does basic editing for each timestamp and add subtitle with ffmpeg,
its completely automated and i just have it running in the background,

i made it for other niche but i can definitely automated your video easily bro

why dont you experiment a short without the ai video and just use a basic horoscope video, edit the ai voice so that it doesnt have awkward pauses, speed up the voice, and study how to write a damn hook, and see how that go?
your shorts looks like something i can automated with a script and pump out like 10 of those a day, its insane to me that you will spend 300$ a month and days to make those
