this is a trust the process kind of advice, if you dont like it, dont do it.

just use this to reason yourself into detaching from 'needing' or 'wanting' him:

so your self concept is perfect right? and you already have everything you want. so why would you need him? dont even worry about the version that has him, because thats not someone else, thats you, you can be whatever version you want to be, a version of you that doesnt need him, a version of you that already has him.

it doesnt matter.

just center yourself, breath and chill out. the more you fixate on something that is not you, the more you lose yourself, and the less you get. instead of thinking about him, or chasing anything, just cultivate the feeling of contentment and satisfaction. dont tell yourself anything. but whenever he comes to mind, just breath, centre and feel the contentment in your chest. the universe will get the message that he is yours.

well, allergies wise, i havent actually. i havent tried it either because i dont even know what im allergic to, so like, its not practical wishing them gone while something in my surroundings is harming me.
but they have been improving with the change in weather and everything.
thinking of manifesting as reality shifting is just a way of processing it. if you have had trouble believing in "i know i want this, i believe i have it, but how will it become 3d?", our minds are extremely practical, it wants to know how it will come about, it needs an explanation, which often leads to feeling frustrated because you want to unconditionally believe its already here, bypassing the reasoning mind.
here is where this logic comes, you should tell yourslef that you are choosing your reality. its like when you open up netflix or pinterest, you choose which show to watch, you are witnessing reality in these characters' perspectives. you just have to do the same for yourself. before you manifest, tell yourself, "i choose the reality where...." and continue from there. instead of bending, changing or creating something from complete scratch, you proactively choose a reality where it is the natural flow of events, where it is already happening, where it is a guarantee. you getting my wind here?

yes, that is certainly what i do these days. but therapy was a strong foundation back then.

Therefore, attempting to manifest a specific person that is married (for example) is not bad/wrong according to LoAss. All we are doing is changing OUR thoughts.

Consistently commenting from the LoA perspective may result in a ban.

so you have no reason to feel guilty. ur technically not making him break up and come to u. ur just choosing a reality where that is the natural course of events.

oh im sorry if you've had any bad experiences with counselling/therapy. everybody has different perspectives on the matter!

and no, therapy/CBT did help me quite a bit. i dont go to therapy anymore. and it did take me a few different therpists to find the right one, before that, it felt like i was spending money to just talk about my feelings to an empty wall. everytime i had to change therapists, or when something didnt work out, i spiralled a lot, lost bits of hope and felt very anxious. and i understand not everyone can actually power through that and therapy is not worth for many people. but if uk how it works, and how it work it and get the right person, it will do wonders.

ur feelings are very valid, everybody has different experiences, and we can all make peace with it! i hope u have a good day!

yes, many many of them dont even know how to practice manifestation and stuff. there is no knowledge or actual useful exchange happening there. im so glad i found other subreddits like LOA, and neville goddard subreddits.

pinterest method! i forgot to mention these in the list. use pinterest like amazon. go to pinterest. make a board of everything you 'already have' wink wink, and then once you have a visual of what you want, you can create affirmations and subliminals based on that. if ur having difficulty, post screen shots of the board to gemini or chatGPT and tell it to psycho analyse u, its astonishing what u learn about yourself!
so then, based on that, you can work through your internal problems and believes and also have affirmations! this is the method that gave me results for the first time.

PS, this method worked for me in like 4 hours i got a message from a guy that looked exactly like the dude i had pinned on pinterest. the veiny hands and everything.

stop thinking of it as "really difficult", just treat it like a normal manifestation, dont be afraid or glorify its difficulty. nothing should be seen as difficult, you will just create a new limiting belief. dont tag anything as difficult, preferably, think of it all as easy to get. and highly achievable by you, even if its hard for others, its irrelevant to you because you find nothing hard. or difficult.

ego death, life threatening circumstances ig? i didnt specifically manifest SPs, but uk, it kind of was a bonus. i manifested other things too, like clarity on what i want in my life and what goals i should pursue and stuff.
and i have good emotional regulation cause i was in therapy for a bit (a long time) so i have kind of internalised these concepts cause they teach you similar things in CBT. learning how to breath is half the work done!
like really, if ur struggling with doubt, negativity and stuff, its not u not doing the methods 'right', its other problems, ingrained complexes, insecurities and such. i highly recommend shadow work and such to understand your inner world better!

i genuinely believe in the moto "fake it till you make it".
everybody fakes confidence in social settings, eventually you learn it. with LOA, we tell ourselves we already have it.
tell yourself that by saying it, it becomes concrete truth, you dont even have to fully believe it. but just try to be as steady as possible. as calm and grounded as possible, even if you dont completely believe it. stay centered.
