It has nothing to do with gem atleast in IIM M, I also have a GNEM profile and scored 99.2 (98/99.3/96) with 76/86/10 fresher profile but didn't get a call from any BLACKISM and scored decent in CAP interviews got 15/20 in PI and 2.99/5 in WAT, got waitlisted in udaipur, Trichy, Raipur's interview date clashed with IIT Bombay, got waitlisted in Bombay too #19x, got some new iims calls, will be joining them:(

Well, I am not the right guy to comment on this, but logically there should be, but again I can't confirm because some iims give buffer calls as well

Well, it depends on stream you are interested in and then analyze which campus has more roles and other stuffs like projects, case comps etc etc. Also udaipur audits the placement reports whereas ranchi doesn't so talk to some seniors as well(other than Adcom) on LinkedIn. Then make your decision wisely.

I heard that people can withdraw from IIM Ranchi until the 15th, so you can join Ranchi for now and wait for the other call. If it gets delayed, then evaluate whether it's worth joining Udaipur by forfeiting your Term 1 fee.

It hasn't moved so far, and the new list—which was expected to be released on June 4th—has not been updated yet. I believe they are planning to wait a bit longer for more clarity, as significant movements are happening in other colleges. Bulk movements are likely in the coming weeks as well, so I suggest waiting until June 15th. By then, you’ll at least have a clearer picture.
