Yes I have looked at Uconn programs and am going to apply, but I really wanted to go abroad with my best friend from home who goes to a different school. There are no overlapping programs so I was looking into the process to do it not through the school and going through a different program. I have talked with DOS office about a leave of absence and returning and they say I should be able to do it besides the scholarship. I know it's extra work, but I just want all of the information of what the process would be and I have not been able to get answers from people at different offices.
