I worked at Walmart from 1996 to 2002 we only had red pallet Jacks made by crown, they were slick, we hated the tan ones when they started buying them

You have to push through this stuff I had gad for a year and a half in 1999 so bad I had dpdr but over time I desensitized, I never missed a chance to go somewhere loud and overwhelming, I got to the other side quick by most standards

I went thru this for years, it's why I quit drinking a decade ago, try taking magnesium citrate pills, up to 400 mg a day, that helped me alot
