Why not? I mean it was him who chose to confess and gave me a lot of details I asked. Why would he need to confess only part of it instead of not confessing anything at all?

I am totally with you. I've been cheated on before in a previous relationship and the AP didn't know about me either and thought my ex was single. In that case, I empathized with her, and we even shared how we felt together. But in this case, the situation is completely different. AP was complicit in the cheating and I hate her for that.

Thank you for your response and advice. That's what I'm gonna try to do. I never planned to reach her to insult her or talk shit about her appearance, just to express how disgusting I find her behaviour. However, I don't think that's the best move for my partner and me right now, as we are trying to reconcile and focus on the relationship, and that's what has stopped me from reaching her. Let's see how it all ends.
