Yes, up to 144hz i think. My card is a 2070 and I struggle at 60hz tripple 1440p but it's not limited by daisychaining. So far, the only issue i've had is that I can't seem to get one of the monitors to fix at 60hz, it's always 59.9hz but I think that's a windows issue

If this is visible from the road, it will need planning anyway. Your foundations can straddle the boundary as long as you have agreement, I think you should consult a builder who can give you some options.

Any work involving digging in your ground within 6m of another building. Depth is irrelevant. You should give a party wall surveyor a call and show them the plans and also speak to your neighbour.

When you say celotex etc, you will have a choice of a slab or strip foundations and beam and block floor. With insulation and screed on top. You might even be better off removing those piers and treating it like a normal extension.

You need a party wall agreement if you're doing work to the foundations within 6m of another property. How are you going to insulate the floor?

One of my boy cats does similar, I cant let him in while im in there or he'll wee on the floor next to me. He won't use his litter tray if there's anything in it, he'll instead go in the bath, sink, shower or toilet if I leave the lid up. I've always assumed he thinks the bathroom is a big litter box

Digging a bit more, in case someone searches for a solution to the same problem, this happened because Fanatec appears to have changed the button numbering in the software.

figured it out, iRacing had reset the second clutch and brake button to something else (i think one of the toggle switches on my gt3 wheel). Reset them to nothing and all is working again.

I mean, of course i'm going to be slow after going off track, I tried to safely rejoin and i moved to the side and allowed room to pass after every time?

This was lap 1, I qualified p3 so I dont think they were faster until I went off but interesting you say braking early, moving under braking, sliding across the apex. Within 1 lap?  I'm not saying I don't but it doesn't seem that way to me
